Nestled in the heart of Victoria’s Macedon Ranges, Fox In The Chamber is so much more than just a café!
Housed in the iconic old Council Chamber building on High Street, Woodend, we have created a space where locals feel at home and visitors feel welcome.
Working hard to support the local community, our team bake their own bread and pastries, blend our own signature brand of (Anushka) Chai and we have a crew of locals who are truly passionate about hospitality and service.
Seasonal produce is sourced locally and FITC proudly works alongside producers and supply chain to minimise waste and encourage sustainability.
We're very lucky to have access to local producers and purveyors who share our ethos of sustainability and innovation.
Like us, they each have an appreciation for quality, seasonal ingredients and have allowed us to curate a menu that truly reflects what FITC is about! Simple, sustainable, good quality and made with love.
Come in for an egg and cheese-filled brioche, salmon focaccia, our signature Anushka Chai or a house-baked crunchy cinnamon bun (your taste buds will love you for it!)
Being nestled in the nook of Mount Macedon in one of Woodend's most historic buildings makes Fox In The Chamber a truly special place.
We exist only because of the unique local community surrounding us. This goes far beyond just customers; it’s also our staff, producers, suppliers, mentors and friends that we have encountered on our journey.
FITC works hard to contribute to the Macedon Ranges community. It’s our aim to use our space to encourage both locals and visitors to make social connections and build a culture and experience that we are proud of.
Because innovation isn’t a solo mission, it’s a collaboration!
